Glen Siegel has been active in the real estate business since 1982, and founded Belvedere Capital in 1994. Since the mid 1990s Mr. Siegel and his partner, Adam Miller, have acquired approximately 18 million square feet of commercial properties and 2,000 residential apartments. Prior to founding Belvedere Capital, Mr. Siegel worked at Walter & Samuels, Inc., a privately held real estate investment and management firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and management of numerous properties. Mr. Siegel was previously affiliated with Gould Investors, L.P., a publicly traded REIT where he was Vice President of Acquisitions for the metropolitan area. Mr. Siegel graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1982, where he received a B.S. in Economics, cum laude.
Adam Miller has been active in the real estate business since 1988, and joined Mr. Siegel as his partner at Belvedere Capital in 1996. Since they have been partners, Mr. Miller and Mr. Siegel have acquired approximately 18 million square feet of commercial properties and 2,000 residential apartments. Mr. Miller began his career in the real estate department at Bear Stearns, & Co. where he was involved in the financing and sale of properties, in addition to the asset management of properties in the firm’s portfolio. Subsequent to Bear Stearns, Mr. Miller was a Senior Managing Director at Walter & Samuels, Inc., focused on property acquisitions, financings and asset management. Mr. Miller graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1988, where he received a B.S. in Economics.
Justin Weiner serves as Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring new investments on behalf of the firm and its equity partners. Prior to joining Belvedere, Mr. Weiner was a Director at UBS in the Real Estate Finance Group where he was responsible for originating and underwriting commercial real estate loans for securitization and the balance sheet. Prior to UBS, Mr. Weiner worked at Ernst & Young in the Real Estate Structured Finance group. Mr. Weiner graduated from the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor degree in Economics.
David Weinstein rejoined Belvedere Capital as a partner in 2016. Mr. Weinstein was previously a partner at Belvedere Capital in 2008 through 2013. Mr. Weinstein has been active in the real estate business since 1988. Prior to rejoining Belvedere Capital, Mr. Weinstein served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MPG Office Trust, Inc., a publicly traded office REIT. Mr. Weinstein was also a member of the Board of Directors of Forestar Group, Inc. and MPG Office Trust, Inc. Prior to initially joining Belvedere Capital, Mr. Weinstein was a Managing Director of Westbridge Investment Group/Westmont Hospitality Group, a real estate investment fund focused on hospitality. Prior to joining Westbridge, Mr. Weinstein spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., first in the real estate investment banking group (focusing on mergers, asset sales and corporate finance) and then in the Special Situations Group (focused on real estate debt investments.) Mr. Weinstein graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1988, where he received a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, as well as from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, where he received a J.D., cum laude. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
