We take care of business across six million square feet of classic New York industrial architecture that has been repurposed for the economy of the future, all located on the Brooklyn waterfront. Beautiful views, five acres of open space, and one-of-a-kind retail experiences are just a few of the elements that attract designers, makers, and content creators to Industry City. Our spaces range from 500 to over 250,000 square feet, and are able to accommodate creative offices, and traditional and advanced manufacturing processes.

LOREM IPSUM

The area has always been the locus of food in the city, beginning with the Algonquin Indians, who traded their game and crops on the banks of the Hudson River at this same spot. The trains of the High Line once served the wholesale butchers who lined the streets beneath the tracks and cooled their provisions with blocks of Hudson River ice, and the National Biscuit Company established its factory—now reclaimed as the Chelsea Market—here to take advantage of the butchers’ lard in the nineteenth century.
