Glen Siegel founded Belvedere Capital in 1994. Mr. Siegel has been active in the real estate business since 1982. Prior to founding Belvedere Capital, Mr. Siegel worked at Walter & Samuels, Inc., a privately held real estate investment and management firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and management of numerous properties. Mr. Siegel was previously affiliated with Gould Investors, L.P., a publicly traded REIT where he was Vice President of Acquisitions for the metropolitan area.  Mr. Siegel graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1982, where he received a B.S. in Economics, cum laude.



Adam Miller joined Mr. Siegel as a principal at Belvedere Capital in 1996. Mr. Miller has been active in the real estate business since 1988. Mr. Miller began his career in the real estate department at Bear Stearns, & Co. where he was involved in the financing and sale of properties, in addition to the asset management of properties in the firm’s portfolio. Subsequent to Bear Stearns, Mr. Miller was a Senior Managing Director at Walter & Samuels, Inc., focused on property acquisitions, financings and asset management. Mr. Miller graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1988, where he received a B.S. in Economics.

 



David Weinstein joined both Mr. Siegel and Mr. Miller as a principal of Belvedere Capital in 2008. Mr. Weinstein has been active in the real estate business since 1988. Prior to joining Belvedere Capital, Mr. Weinstein was a Managing Director at Westbridge Investment Group, a real estate opportunity fund focused on hospitality assets. Prior to joining Westbridge, Mr. Weinstein spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., first in real estate investment banking and later in the Special Situations Group focused on the acquisition of real estate distressed debt and mezzanine positions for Goldman Sachs’ balance sheet. Mr. Weinstein currently sits on the Board of Directors of Maguire Properties. Mr. Weinstein graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1988, where he received a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, as well as from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, where he received a J.D., cum laude.
